The Research and Extension Strategic Plan presented in this document can be looked upon as a deeper dive, not into what PIP is, but rather what PIP does. 

It is a more detailed addendum to several key strategies in our current strategic plan. We believe it will bring sharper resolution to PIP’s value proposition to key funders, researchers, and the industry in general.
